Our 5 apartments are in two lodges we have built recently according to energy saving measures and with due regard for the Farm’s traditional architecture. They are a few steps away from the 18th century building which now hosts the restaurant and all face south-east, so besides having a gorgeous view on the Fanes mountains, they enjoy sunlight from the first hours of the morning.
They have all been made in pure Ladin style, with materials from the area, first and foremost wood from our valley, mostly fir and Swiss pine, used raw for panelling.
They can host from 2 to 6 people, they have different square footage (from 45 to 70 square metres ) and they all have in common features of comfort and functionality: kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, satellite tv, hair drier, wi-fi internet connection and balcony. Some also boast an oven.
Guests can freely enjoy the garden, the herbs garden, the entertainment park, the garage and, in winter, of the ski storage with skiboot warmer.
Upon request we can gladly supply our very own fresh eggs and milk.
Conturines apartment
This is a one-bedroom 45 sq.m. apartment that can host up to 4 people. Very bright, spacious and warm, with fir wood panelling, a feature running throughout the flat’s furniture, including the floor!
It has one master bedroom and a living room with a semi-circular dining area, with an L-shaped sofa that turns into a comfortable double bed for two adults. The heating is had via a hot water stove, which resembles our old woodstoves in looks.
The kitchen is equipped with all appliances (except the oven); the bathroom has a very spacious shower that can house two.
The windows enjoy a magnificent view ofMonte Santa Croce (Sas dla Crusc in Ladin); the apartment is on the ground floor, so it has private access to the garden (with a table where you can enjoy your meals in the summer) and it’s ideal if you want to bring your pet along!

Sas dla Crusc apartment
This too is a one-bedroom 45 sq.m. apartment that can host from 2 to 4 people. The large master bedroom has two windows with an unparalleled view of Monte Santa Croce (Sas dla Crusc in Ladin), a double bed and a useful writing desk. In the next room is a fully equipped kitchen (except the oven) and an original touch of deep bluelike that of our skies; then there is a dining area with a typical bench; the sofa turns into a double bed that can comfortably hold two adults. The apartment is equipped with two satellite tv sets. Fir wood panelling and parquetry run in all the house, but not the bathroom, fitted with a roomy shower.

Lavarela apartment
47 m², for 2-4 guests, upper floor, southeast
This is a 50 sq.m. apartment that can host from 2 to 5 people. In the spacious master bedroom with a double bed, another single bed can be added, while in the living room there is a sofa that easily turns in another double bed. So, in no time, we’re ready for families or groups of five!
The living area is blessed by sunlight, and the dining table is surrounded by three large windows overlooking the wonderful La Varella peak, 3 thousand metres high, which you can also admire from the apartment’s balcony, on the lodge’s first floor. The panelling and furniture are all in our valley’s fir, like the wood used for the floors.
The apartment boasts 2 satellite tv sets.

This is a 50 sq.m. apartment that can host from 2 to 5 people. In the spacious master bedroom with a double bed, another single bed can be added, while in the living room there is a sofa that easily turns in another double bed. So, in no time, we’re ready for families or groups of five!

Pütia apartment
Furniture, panelling and ceiling with exposed beams (in fir). But the true strongpoint of this 60 sq.m. apartment with sloping ceiling must be the large window occupying practically the whole wall of the living area, allowing for a glorious view of Monte Croce, Val Badia’s best-known mountain, which you can also admire from the apartment’s large deck, maybe in summer, in the evening, when the mountain turns pink due to the alpenglow, or while you’re having lunch, gazing into the horizon.

Even the kitchen is very spacious and equipped with all the appliances you may need (except the oven); there are two bathrooms, both with a roomy shower. The main feature of this apartment is the alternating panelling, part light, part aged fir wood.
The Ghernacia is on the ground floor, with direct access to the garden, and has a wonderful view on Monte Santa Croce!
