We have selected for you the best traditional Ladin dishes, lovingly prepared by my wife Maria and my son Christian, in the hope you will fall in love with the flavours we grew up with and which are part of our history.
We have included these delicacies in a 6 course tasting menu (44 Euros, except wine) which I myself and my daughter-in-law Monica take to your table, together with our long-standing staff. We can advise you on the best South Tyrol wines to go with the dishes, and the last round of grappa is on me!
