Tasting menu

We have selected for you the best traditional Ladin dishes, lovingly prepared by my wife Maria and my son Christian, in the hope you will fall in love with the flavours we grew up with and which are part of our history.

We have included these delicacies in a 6 course tasting menu (32 Euros, except wine) which I myself and my daughter-in-law Monica take to your table, together with our long-standing staff. We can advise you on the best South Tyrol wines to go with the dishes, and the last round of grappa is on me!

Home-made turnover and ravioli, fried, with a filling of spinach and ricotta, or poppy and jam

Cajinci t’ega
Home-made spinach and ricotta ravioli, with parmesan and melted butter

Iama de porcel cun polënta
Pork shank with polenta

Custëis y craut
Pork chops with sauerkraut

Bales y golasc o polënta y golasc
Home-made canederli with gulasch or polenta with gulasch

As dessert, we offer the Variaziun dla ciasa: usually apple strudel, apple pancakes with ice cream or Linzer cake made with buckwheat and jam, obviously all hand-made.
